Delete Your Account

You can delete your Hero365 account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Hero365 app and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab, then tap Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the two prompts. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email privacy@hero365.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials and sign-in.
• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone, avatar).
• If you own a business with no other members, that business and its data are closed and removed.

What we may retain, and for how long

We delete your personal data within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes — for example, financial and tax records (invoices, payments) and fraud- prevention data. These records are kept only as long as required and are not used to contact you. If you belong to a business with other members, that business's shared records remain with the business; only your personal membership and profile are removed.
